This week’s free patterns are scarves and shawls I have found on the Internet.
The first one is the famous Road Trip Scarf by Zooty Owl. I have made this scarf and it’s absolutely gorgeous! It can be made with or without the flowers and makes a lovely gift for any age.
My next favourite is one that is becoming very popular at the moment and is very pretty, it’s called the Virus Shawl. No one is sure who originally designed this shawl but I found this pattern on Ravelry by a lady called Julia Marquardt and she has a website called Woolpedia. I haven’t made this yet but I’m hoping to do one soon so I will let you know how I get on.
I found this beautiful chevron infinity scarf on Moogly. I have made one of these and actually kept it for myself! Many people comment on it and I did end up making it for others.
How comfy and warm does this scarf look? I will definitely be making many of these! I’m thinking Christmas presents, already. I found this cuddly scarf on a website with the great name Being Sqiffy.
Last but not least are these great Minion scarves. I think these scarves will be very popular due to minions taking over the world! It’s such a shame I haven’t got any children young enough to want one of these. This is a great pattern I found by Elaine Okupski on her blog.
Well that is it for this week on the free patterns I have found around the ‘web’. I hope you like these and enjoy making some of them. I am off now to get ready for Yarndale, I am so looking forward to going there, I missed out last year so I’m sure I will make up for it this year. I will let you know how I get on.
